Dance 4 Health

Warwickshire County Council’s County Arts Service has completed a six month
action research project exploring the impact dance has on participants’
social engagement, health and wellbeing.

This half day conference will be an opportunity to hear from health professionals, artists and
commissioners about their role in the programme and the results of
the independent evaluation.

There will be an opportunity to participate in workshop sessions covering the broad range of
interest groups involved in the project including dance for older people, young people, BME
communities and adults with disabilities.
